What does it cost?

Turnovers are priced per clean based on apartment size, and are typically covered by your guests’ cleaning fee. Listing setup is a one-time fee quoted upfront. Full hosting is 20% of booking revenue. No subscriptions, no hidden costs.

Do you handle taxes?

No — visitor’s tax and income tax remain the owner’s responsibility. We don’t provide tax services.
